Originally from Santiago de Piños, Jalisco, Emma has proudly called the San Jacinto Valley home for more than 30 years. Her journey in the restaurant business began with a small taqueria in San Jacinto, where her passion for sharing fresh, homemade food with the community first took root. Today, Emma is the proud owner of Agave Restaurant, a family-owned establishment that emphasizes bold flavors, tradition, simplicity, and a love of good food.
